This Privacy Policy describes how Store Porter ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when merchants and their authorized users install and use the Store Porter Shopify app (the "App").

To provide product, customer, content, and store import/sync functionality, we process data made available through Shopify APIs and App usage, including:
- Store and account identifiers: shop domain, installation metadata, and app session information.
- Store content data: product, customer, file, page, navigation, metafield, and related records required by selected import tasks.
- Operational data: job status, logs, errors, webhook events, and app performance diagnostics.
- Support communication data: information you provide when contacting us.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App services.
- Run imports, synchronization, and background processing jobs.
- Authenticate app sessions and secure access.
- Send service and transactional notifications.
- Monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, and improve features.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
